Victor Uckmar - Curriculum vitae#
Born in Genoa.
He graduated in Law with "right to publication". He is Professor Emeritus at the University of Genoa (where he teaches International tax law) and at LUISS University of Rome (where he teaches Community tax law). Professor Uckmar is also chairman of the Centre of Research for Corporate Tax "CERTI" at Luigi Bocconi University, Director of the Institute of Tax Law at the University of Salta.
Victor Uckmar is a Lawyer and Director of the journals "Tax Law and Practice", "International Tax Law and Practice", "Securities and taxation".
He is a member of the European Academy, Miembro Correspondiente de la Academia Nacional de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales de Córdoba, Consejo de la direction de la Maestria en derecho tributario (Pontifical University of Buenos Aires), as well as President of the Italian Association for Latin American tax law, President of Class Editori SpA, of the Italian Liguria Committee for Research on Cancer - AIRC, of the Italy-Argentina Society and President of the non-profit organization "Make a Wish" – Italian department.
