RIA Gold Medal awarded to Prof. John O. Scanlan#

Scanlan, Emeritus Professor of Electronic Engineering in University College Dublin, has been awarded an RIA (Royal Irish Academy) Gold Medal in recognition of his outstanding contribution to Electronic Engineering. Widely recognised as one of the leading international living circuit theorists, Professor Scanlan has made many fundamental contributions to the field of electronic engineering, including electronic circuit and system design, digital circuits and computing, communications and signal processing."
