Field and Research Projects
Over 30 major field and laboratory-based research projects in Europe, Australia, Africa and Saudi Arabia, representing c. £5 million of external research grant income, with 16 grants from the British Academy, 12 from UK Research Councils (SERC, NERC, AHRB/AHRC), 7 from the Leverhulme Trust, 2 from the EU/ERC, 1 from the Wolfson Foundation, and many smaller and overseas grants.
