Cooperation Forum Poland – Romania – The Republic of Moldova#

The Academia Europaea invites you for the Cooperation Forum Poland – Romania – The Republic of Moldova.#

The goal of the Forum is to show how important the partnership of Warsaw, Bucharest and Chișinău is for the Central and Eastern Europe. The Forum will present the opportunities of cooperation among Poland, Romania and The Republic of Moldova on the levels of politics, business and culture.
  • The Forum will begin with the Political Panel which will be moderated by Bogumił Luft, a publicist, writer and former ambassador to Poland in Romania and The Republic of Moldova. The main thread of the panel will be the importance of the strategic cooperation for the geopolitical situation of the region.
  • The Business Panel will deal with the development of business relations between Poland and Romania. Moreover, it will concern the benefits for The Republic of Moldova that arise from the Polish-Romanian cooperation (in terms of investment and acquiring the business know-how). The panel will be moderated by Paweł Śliwiński, the Professor of Poznań University of Economics and the Chairman of INC Group.
  • The Expert Panel will serve the exchange of experiences in the sector of business development. The discussion of experts will be led by Piotr Białowąs, Chairman of the Supervisory Board Carpathia Capital S.A. (the Polish investment fund which supports development of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Romania).
  • The Cultural Panel will be the final one. First, it will embrace a meeting with Cristian Teodorescu, the author of the book Medgidia, the city thereafter. After the meeting, there will be an exhibition Romania of many nations in photography of the 20th century. It will be a great chance to present the literary and artistic output of Romania to the Polish audience.
