__RESEARCH SUPERVISION AND MENTORSHIP:__\\

Supervised 25 DPhil students and 14 Postdoctoral Fellows, recognised by many awards and prizes for their work carried out during their time in the group. Highlights include the IUCr Bragg Award, the ESRF Young Scientist Award, the European Young Physicist Award, the CCDC Young Crystallographer Award (UK), the BCA Physical and Chemical Crystallography Prizes (UK). Group members have progressed to the most competitive Fellowship positions, including Royal Society URFs, various Cambridge/Oxford/Imperial JRFs, JSPS Fellowships, Lindemann Trust Fellowships, and the Michigan Society of Fellows.
