__SCIENTIFIC FOCUS AREA__\\

Prof Davies’ research is focused on the detection, identification and quantification of protein modifications and the role that these play in normal physiology and pathology.\\

Prof Davies heads a large multinational and multidisciplinary group (~20 people) and has a wide network of international collaborators. ~55% of his recent papers have international co-authors.\\
