*2014 - 2017 Director of the University-Company URJC-I4S "Chair of Innovation in Information Security, Fraud Prevention and Technological Risk Management" (GRUPO BBVA)
* One of the Main Authors of the paper "Evolutionary games defined at the mesoscale of the network: The Public Goods game", Chaos 21, 016113 (2011) which was awarded as the best article published in that journal in 2011 on the occasion of the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the journal "Chaos (AIP)" (May-2015)
* 2002 Award Academic Entrepeneurs (Prize l@boratorio 2002) of the DMR Consulting Foundation (one of the five teachers who formed the core of the winning team)
* 1992 EUROPA-1992 Prize awarded by the Spanish Chamber of Commerce and the Fundación Universidad-Empresa to "Sistemas Expertos S.A." as the Spanish company with the most brilliant track record of participation in European research and technological development projects in collaboration with academic institutions (one of the three people who formed the core of the winning team)
