__In accordance with our Statutes Academia Europaea hereby gives notice that the 2025 Annual General Meeting of members of the Academy will be held in Barcelona.__

The meeting will take place in the main lecture theatre at the PRBB (Doctor Aiguader 88, 08003 Barcelona) at __17:00 hours on 15th October__.
\\ \\
All AE members are welcome. There is no registration needed to attend the AGM.
\\ \\
Any member(s) who wish to table a specific item for inclusion into the agenda MUST submit their request in writing to the Executive Secretary (London office) at [execsec@acadeuro.org|mailto:execsec@acadeuro.org]no later than __10%%sup th/% September__.

The draft agenda and all documentation for the AGM will be [available at the Academy website|Acad_Main/Annual_Business_Meetings] from 1st October.

Members will receive a notice for E-ballots on specific business motions in due course.
