Join us in May for the next installment of Europe’s foremost science advice conference series — this year hosted by the Austrian Academy of Sciences in Vienna.

This conference will be of interest to science-for-policy practitioners and researchers, policymakers at all levels, and representatives of organisations that regularly interact with policy, especially academies.

This is an in-person event. We intend to livestream and record the plenary sessions. But to participate in debates, join parallel sessions and benefit from networking opportunities, you need to attend in person.

  • Theme 1: Science advice in politics and society
  • Theme 2: Designing better institutions
  • Theme 3: Building skills and practices

Full programme

If you’re interested in contributing to the programme, we’re still accepting proposals for parallel sessions. Don’t miss the chance to share your ideas and expertise at this important event.

Members of Academia Europaea are encouraged to join this event that aims to strengthen science advice in Europe.#
